For those learning to quilt, Grace's TrueCut ruler and rotary cutting system makes cutting fabric with a rotating blade much easier. I bought this along with the cutter knife hoping it would cut 8-10 layers of fabric at a more accurate 90 degree angle. With so much fabric, it's difficult to maintain that true 90 degree. I was hoping this ruler with a rail and cutter would help. Well, something like that. The cutter on the rail does not rotate like the cutter and ruler without the rail.
