Review on Grace Company TrueCut Ruler X18 by Heather Shaw

For those learning to quilt, Grace's TrueCut ruler and rotary cutting system makes cutting fabric with a rotating blade much easier. A few friends and I had a hard time cutting through our fabric with a spinning blade. For me, part of the problem is that I have arthritis in my wrists and several fingers. I went to a workshop at a sewing machine shop and he suggested we try this system. I couldn't believe how much easier it was for me to cut fabric, so I bought a ruler and circular cutter. I asked my girlfriend to try it and she felt the same, so she bought a set too. I liked the system so much that I bought a 61/2 square ruler and another. Another positive is that after using this system for some time I have gotten better at cutting with a regular ruler and a slicer. I strongly suspect I will be buying other Grace Company lines that I don't have.
