I like that they are very knowledgeable about what you need to do in order to get your organization's grant applications funded by foundations or other granting agencies. Their staff has been extremely helpful, even when we have asked them questions outside of their expertise (such as tax advice). I think that this product has helped us to grow because it gives you access anytime, anywhere without spending money or having problems with your internet connection when working remotely at home from another country!
