Received my mug pretty quickly. I love the color and it's very durable. I love using my mug. Definitely recommend this seller and the product.

Surprisingly great mug but the photo shows it as a right handed mug and I was sent a left handed coffee mug. I give 3 stars for this fake ad. Send me the right mug and I'll raise my stars.

I bought this mug for my mum last month, she told me it's a great mug and holds a decent amount of coffee. Although the inside is now starting to crack after a few uses, it hasn't started leaking yet, despite having been hand washed since purchase. Besides, it was a good cup for her.

Unfortunately when I received the mug it was smashed and broken, I also didn't notice where on the shipping carton it was marked as fragile. However, the design was great and I expected from what I could see. They send me a new one for free, I'm happy about it.

Well this mug is quite a disappointment. The picture here doesn't represent it very well. It's a shocking orange rather than a softer orange, and the tawny glaze along the rim and handle is the same tone, with no brownish variations, just smeared. It was supposed to be a gift but the retail box it came in was completely smashed on one side (was surprised the mug arrived intact at all!).
