I can't go online. - Office electronics

I cannot register the product for use in the network. The instructions are useless - their videos on Utube cover everything except getting your phone online. Very good instructions on opening the box and assembling the phone but pure gibberish on setting up and getting the dial tone. Returns - don't waste time.

Pros
  • I like everything so far
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Not a bad phone but the screen gets darker 1 year

Overall I think this is a decent phone, especially for the price. Unfortunately, depending on the year of use, the LCD screen starts to get darker. I think about 30-40% of the devices I've bought lose brightness. Visit the Grandstream forums and you will see that others are having this problem as well. I don't recommend it for this reason.

Pros
  • 1 year trial period
Cons
  • Low repairability

but it seems really normal to me

Everyone says the screen is too small but it seems really normal to me. I also like the color display. Note that the screen never goes to sleep, which is a little annoying. It would be nice if it turned off completely when not in use, like other IP phones. The configuration is easy, but I seem to have trouble updating the firmware. All in all a solid IP phone that is also stylish enough to be used in more pleasant environments.

Pros
  • A big choice
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

A very good phone but it would be useful to study the usability.

The phone is beautiful, the processor is faster, the web interface is definitely more convenient, and the speakerphone works very well. My only issue is that the button icons aren't intuitive - there's a button that you think should end the call, but it doesn't. In fact, I'm still not sure what it does. Although I updated the firmware without any problems and connected the phone to my iPhone, I'm not sure how useful I got from this exercise.

Great phone. I hope to add SIP accounts that can fully use it.

Excellent phone. Unfortunately, my SIP provider only allows one line at a time and transfers are handled by touch tonw. I'm wondering if the phone can merge the two into one phone if I get a second of them. I know I can have multiple sip providers, one per "line"/perform. 4 of them are for this phone. I actually have it at home and it's great to look down and check the weather without grabbing my phone and turning on the TV in the morning.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Great telephone lousy support from Grandstream!

I do this because of inaccurate information. This is NOT a phone with eight SIP accounts. Those are only four SIP accounts. Additional keys a for other functions that you can program into your phone. You need a separate source for music on hold. This requires a SIP URI address. If you use it on Anveo or Voip.MS, set it up for music on hold in their toolbar. You can easily change the wallpaper and screensaver. Setup is easy via the dashboard on the computer. A little more complicated with the…

A very good SIP phone with some wacky quirks.

We've just deployed over 50 of this model where I work. I'd say this is a very good, if not great, everyday business SIP phone. Especially in this price range. You get a beautiful color LCD screen and four pages of BLF function keys. The phone is also quite attractive and looks quite professional despite the price. However, it has a few features: 1. The built-in non-standard ringtones are absolutely terrible and don't match the volume. So if you have the ringer volume set to the level you want…
