I do this because of inaccurate information. This is NOT a phone with eight SIP accounts. Those are only four SIP accounts. Additional keys a for other functions that you can program into your phone. You need a separate source for music on hold. This requires a SIP URI address. If you use it on Anveo or Voip.MS, set it up for music on hold in their toolbar. You can easily change the wallpaper and screensaver. Setup is easy via the dashboard on the computer. A little more complicated with the phone itself. Very happy with the purchase. The price was very good. If you need six SIP accounts, buy the 2160. It takes a little practice to access this feature, but instructions are available online. Grandstream support is terrible. If you need support, it is only available online. You must be a reseller to receive phone support.
