Almost doesn't charge.

I'm an Uber driver and bought this to charge on the go, but even after plugging it in all day my battery was still dead even though it said it was charging

Good idea but could have been done better

Overall I like this product; However, sometimes it won't communicate with my car's USB system, stops working and charging, and turns my phone off and charging again, which can be frustrating. My phone fell out, especially when not receiving power. It also makes my car's air vents heavier so they can only be in the down position (I use an air vent clip, not a stick mount). I love the idea behind this product, just wish the execution was better.

I love wireless charging. I hate the auto open/close feature

I love wireless charging, but I loathe sensor-based auto open and close. It opens when I don't want it and closes when I don't want it. I reach for the radio or the air conditioner in the car, the phone holder opens automatically and the phone falls out. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and this device also blocks the Bixby button so I'm constantly struggling. with my phone because it thinks I'm pressing the Bixby button.

Works mostly as described in the product details.

Overall it works great with all the features described. Works after a month of daily use. The ventilation clip holds up well. Auto open/close is a bonus. I don't want to constantly plug and unplug the charging line. Holds the phone securely even on rough roads. Charges the cell phone sufficiently, but not as fast as with a direct connection. Can't rate the suction cup as I use a vent clip. Looks great in my F150, especially the tech looking headlights. Works great and the price is reasonable.

I bought 3 pieces, 2 of 3 came in non-new packaging. 1 arrived in a plastic bag which was clearly a return. The second unit was closed, missing the charging cable and the sticky mount on the dash, so it's obvious someone who stocks this product is clearly not paying attention to details. I have offered product replacements for 2 out of 3 units due to missing parts but the buyer should be warned. The product works great, you need to adjust the height of the bottom holder to fit your phone. The…
