Defective pull up bar

On 12/16/2020 I received a Merchandise that were defective, pull up bar with a welding spot inside bar avoiding proper connection. Also pull up bar handles were torn with the impression it was hammered to connect the pull up bar. It seems to me the merchandise was either used or returned by other customer and send it back to me. This is very unfortune situation for any company. See attachment of the photos showing the defective parts. I will like to hear from you guys and see how you can make…

Pros
  • ‎5.78 Kilograms
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with pets or children

Good product best in my review

Lot of work to mount this by one person. Great for pull-upsI'll write reviews about how sturdy it is for punching bag. It seems to vibrate strongly when u hit a strong punch.Any boxers out there ? Please comment on thisOverall it's a decent product

Pros
  • WALL MOUNTED REQUIREMENTS: Concrete brick/solid cement wall/solid red brick wall /solid tile wall are a great surface for mounting this pull up bar and dip station. DON'T install on hollow brick wall/honeycomb brick wall/drywall /sandwich panel.
Cons
  • May not be aesthetically pleasing in some settings

A sturdy product but didn't suit my needs

Product was well constructed and easy too install. It just didn't fit me. I'm 5'2" and my hand placement for a traditional pull up needed to be right where the neutral grips stick out. Also, I wasn't a fan of the foam grips but that's a personal preference. I decided to go with a plain straight steel pull up bar with no padding.

Pros
  • this is not recommended for a framed wall with drywall. Mounting holes are 19" o/c.
Cons
  • Anchors will not hold in wall. Installed them into a wood header and still pull out! Not a good design.

You get what you pay for; and this is very cheap

Quality on this piece of exercise equipment is just lower than Harbor Freight level. Do you look for the cheapest of everything. Shop at Walmart exclusively? Weigh 150 lbs or less? This is for you. Beware the enclosed metric class 4.8 bolts; that's SAE equivalent of grade 2. Heard of grade 8? Yea, these are 2. 440 lb rating; not a chance. If you weigh 200 lbs you should look for something more robust. The biggest disappointment; the rubber grips rotated on my first pull-up. These are going to…

Pros
  • EXERCISE: Soft cushions make your hands comfortable and increase your workout time
Cons
  • Can be challenging to disassemble and move

Very sturdy than I thought it would be!

The bar is actually really great and very sturdy! Mounting was easy as well! Hanging a heavy bag even worked great. The downsides I'll have to say is the bar length for wide grips seems a bit too long and wide grip pull ups can be a bit risky for shoulder health. Or maybe because my size is average and could be fine for being taller folks. Secondly it'd be nice if there was more rubber grip paddings on the other handles near the wide grips for doing regular pull ups. Third, I think the rubber…

Pros
  • Was exactly what I was looking for.
Cons
  • May require professional installation

A great product good for me

I bought this product a few months ago but until now I have been able to install it, because my wall is made of hollow concrete blocks and I had to make an adaptation to be able to put the bar, using an epoxy resin chemical anchor. It is easier to install if we screw it directly to a solid concrete wall. The bar is robust in its design, comfortable in the grip and allows you to do various types of exercises, I think I'm going to have a lot of fun with it and my upper body will appreciate…

Pros
  • This is very good easy to install and very strong
Cons
  • Difficult to mount on certain types of walls

It's a solid product but the hardware does not fit standard concrete drill bit sizes, had to spend an extra $15 and multiple trips to the hardware store for new hardware. Though I understand how expandable anchors work, I can see how the average person wouldn't understand how to secure it to the wall using the hardware. Ironically, the most important hardware step was the least descriptive part of the entire instructions. I contacted the company giving them a chance to reply before leaving this

Pros
  • Me agrada la calidad.
Cons
  • May not fit larger doorways

Strong and sturdy: my feedback

This was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. The holes to mount it are 19 inches apart, and the studs in my wall are 16 inches. To mount it I cut 2x4s at a length of 29 inches and bolted them to the wall and then bolted this to the them. I am 210 lbs and it holds me just fine. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be able to securely do pull ups at home.

Pros
  • STABLE: The 6-hole design of the OneTwoFit Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar is more stable and safer than the 4-hole design of the regular product. The maximum weight is 440 Lbs/200kg
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with mobility issues

Quarantine. in my review

Not my favorite part of the gym but in a quarantine it’s tough to come by equipment. Installing was easy in the garage. Beefy enough to hold +230 lbs. Thanks.

Pros
  • The only down side to this pull up bar is that it's a bit creaky.
Cons
  • Be sure and read what kind of wall you need.

Easy to assemble with multiple workout options

We are very happy with this pull up bar. It stays firm and sturdy and easily supports my weight at 190 lbs. Works well for traditional pull ups, ab workouts, and to attach other equipment (like the TRX strap shown in photo - not included). Very simple to assemble; however it did not come with mounting materials. I purchased the boards and lag bolts separately.

Pros
  • Strength Training Equipment
Cons
  • May require additional space for accessories

Bad design but very sturdy

Pros:- Very sturdy pull up bar once it is properly installed.- Have additional metal rings for hanging other things such as sand bag or stretching ropes.Cons:- Bad design. The location of the screw holes are so dumb that 2 of them are behind joint sections such that you can't position your driver tool in to fasten the screws; this requires a manual hand fastener.- The bolts that provided with the pull bar are only for concrete/brick installment. If you want to install this pull up bar on a wood

Pros
  • The ONETWOFIT OT103 pull up bar is an excellent way to stay active and healthy, regardless of your age or fitness level
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with existing shoulder injuries

Great product for the price

Very useful and sturdy. As stated in other reviews, one must be a little handy to properly install this unit into solid support.

Pros
  • Great!
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with limited upper body strength

Rust protecting paint needed

I bought this because it’s sold as an outdoor/indoor pull-up bar. I am giving it 4 stars because within 48 hours rust spots began to appear. The frame is solid but I will Still need to seal it in these gaps and also paint it to protect it better.

Pros
  • Fit perfext
Cons
  • Missing a bunch of hardware, hard to review without being able to build it.

Disappointed! in my review

Pretty disappointed with this pull up bar. Thanks for attention! The frame is crooked, overall just poor craftsmanship, will be returning.

Pros
  • ‎38.1 x 25.5 x 21 inches
Cons

garbage product very cheap quality would not keep it for free

A real let down, from the videos to the actual product. Very Poor quality product, Screws wont even go it Cheap build, cheap quality fasteners . An utter waste of time and energy even picking this pull up bar. i was so excited getting the package, will never ever look at their brand total garbage.

Pros
  • I wish it came with some sort of anchor.
Cons
  • Bar was flimsy. pay a little more and get a Stud bar

I'm happy with it for my opinion

I'm a marine veteran that wants to stay in shape I mounted mine through drywall into 2x4s. I weigh 165 lbs and it works fine for me.

Pros
  • Works good. Only thing is that handles spin a bit.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for taller individuals

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Acceptable good for me

I would never consider using the mounting hardware it comes with since it looks a bit flimsy. Even the bolts that hold it together will be replaced with quality bolts during my next trip to the hardware store. The unit itself is okay except for a little flex in the horizontal welded joints for the long arms that attach to the wall mount which is okay as long as they were welded correctly. Will they hold up over time, we'll see. This unit is rated at 440 lbs which I don't believe. If those welds

Pros
  • The bar can be used to perform a wide range of exercises, from pull ups and chin ups to hanging knee raises and dips
Cons
  • May have a learning curve for proper use
