A sturdy product but didn't suit my needs
Product was well constructed and easy too install. It just didn't fit me. I'm 5'2" and my hand placement for a traditional pull up needed to be right where the neutral grips stick out. Also, I wasn't a fan of the foam grips but that's a personal preference. I decided to go with a plain straight steel pull up bar with no padding.
- this is not recommended for a framed wall with drywall. Mounting holes are 19" o/c.
- Anchors will not hold in wall. Installed them into a wood header and still pull out! Not a good design.
