This item was a little tricky to put together as other reviews stated. That said, I was able to assemble by myself in a little over an hour. An electric screwdriver was key to this success. One warning to those assembling. be aware of the front side and back sides of all of the main pieces. I did need to unscrew the bottom shelf, flip it around and re screw it because I missed that one. Many reviews about this being solid wood, nope. Not sure people know what solid wood is. I got the stand without fireplace and it’s junk. Of course the price is a give away to what you are getting. I put it right back in the box and had UPS pick it up. The only good thing I can say about this experience is easy to return, no charge for UPS to pick it up from my home.

The screws and holes don't fit together. You have to force screw them into the wood to create the correct sized hole. It's tiring and makes the time to build it much longer. Wouldn't have bought it had I known.

This stand is better than I expected. It’s very solid (I think 75lbs?) and sturdy. I recommend a drill to put this together, it went considerably faster once I started using it. Directions recommended two people to put it together but I was able to it alone fairly easily. The box looked a little rough when it was delivered but it’s packaged very well so there was no damage. The TV in the picture is 50” for reference. If your thinking about getting this, do it.

It is a little time consuming to do but overall easy to follow instructions. It is much easier with two people. Looks great though!

I really like the look of this and how efficient the holes and parts are for assembly. However, the instructions could be a bit more thorough (pay attention to the holes on the bigger board for mounting the fireplace insert to label the front prior to assembling). Mine did not come with a remote.

Great product but if youre going to buy then definitely get it with assembly. It took me and another person 4 hours to build it and we still got the assembly wrong in some areas, and ended up drilling our own holes in some places. Overall though its a great TV stand and the fireplace is a nice touch.

Okay, looking back this might be one of those times it is worth paying for expert assembly. This was a pain is the @$$ to put together for two people - the instructions were questionable with pictures that were unclear which direction the pieces were facing. If you’re going to assemble it yourself, I highly recommend reading the whole way through so you can see what’s coming and hopefully save yourself having to take apart and re-do any steps!Besides that, love, love, love. Very small. My 55 in takes up the whole top. It’s also short I almost have to look down to watch TV. I’d return it but it’s already assembled. Assembly took 2 hrs and a drill is needed

If you buy this boy are you in for a workout. I’m no rookie when it comes to building things. Let me tell you this thing is like putting together a rainbow puzzle while being color blind. The instructions are basically hieroglyphs were no help. None of the screws or assortment of pointless pieces of hardware worked well either. I ended up driving long wood screws in this thing I got so frustrated

Wasn’t very happy when I reviewed my stand and was taking pieces out and only the 3rd item I took out was damaged 🥲 I don’t know if it was just a fluke but it was very disappointing.

The struggle is real, too heavy. very confusing assembly instructions.. would never purchase from this company again... Arrived with damaged wood. No written instructions just pictures, I hate it.

Bought it because i like the simple design. Fairly easy to assemble (I assembled it solo). Gave it 3 stars because it arrived late, and also because the box was a bit damaged and there are a couple dings on it. But I really like the color and it's pretty sturdy.

I love this tv stand it’s so sleek, pretty, & just looks so clean in my living room but the fireplace heater went out! I’ve had this stand for less than a week & as per the instructions I had it plugged into a wall outlet by itself. I went to turn it on & out of nowhere it made a really loud noise & started to smoke! I quickly turned it off. I really want to keep it, just need a repleacement fireplace asap PLEASE!

This product was pretty easy to assemble. I did it myself in 2 hours. There are a lot of screws but as long as you read the directions, you'll be fine. It did come with two chips in it.
