It's a bit thick but I like it because it needs to be used less for better thermal conductivity. My CPU idle temperature is great, about 3° cooler than before I would say. On my I7 3770, idle temps reach 34C and the load never goes above 65C on a standard cooler, all thanks to that thermal paste.
