We ordered 10 radios. 2 months everything works fine. 1 has lost reception so I contacted support. Cathy from Greaval Support is amazing. I found out the problem, agreed to a replacement, the radio was received in 5 days. Thank you Katy!

Bought these for apartment maintenance staff and they love that they can get reception no matter where they are on the property! We've had issues before where the calls wouldn't be heard if they were at the back of the property! Not with these! We love how great they work and stay charged all day!

I had to replace 3 batteries shortly after purchase. After contacting support, the situation was quickly resolved and I was sent three replacement batteries free of charge. Now they work great and there are no problems with them. Good product. Maybe you just got a bad batch. Otherwise, I would recommend it to anyone who is best with money.

Bought these to go west. Part of the group went hiking in Cascade Canyon in Grand Teton National Park. The rest of the group went to Jackson and a date was set for a meeting. However, the tour group was a bit late with their return. When we turned on the walkie-talkies while we were still on the trail and almost 2 miles from the parking lot (which is on the other side of Jenny Lake), we were actually able to communicate. It was wonderful. Everything worked great.

I was won over by these radios. Quality is good, sound is excellent, range is exceptional, and they're easy to use. One thing I was looking for was ease of use for younger kids and something that didn't have as many controls that would make it easy for kids to accidentally change channels or turn it off, and it met that need perfectly. China is flooding the communications market. Remember these are not frs frequencies. I don't even know if they're legal in the US, maybe not, but for 1/2W units the sound quality is pretty good. about this device when it falls to the ground. expected it to blossom into several pieces. The battery lasts well and has a detachable SMA antenna if that means anything to you. But if you have FRS FCC-approved walkie-talkies, they don't talk on the same frequency. use of these units.

Bought for daily hotel use. They worked great for the first month and a half! We thought we found a great alternative to sending big money over the air. However, we have had them for two months and more than half of the radios cannot be used! They turn on and light up, but you either can't hear them or talk about them. As if the speaker had just died! This makes me very sad because I thought I could recommend this product to my colleagues but I will spend more money on another product instead…
