Terrible, the old big bottles sold at Walgreens worked. These don't work at all. Maybe they are fake? You lack the usual.

With the lead acetate removed from the formula the product has become hopelessly bad. I allegedly ordered an old product and was sent a new one. This new formula, as dry as it is, will rub and stain anything it comes in contact with. I just ruined a $350 silk shirt and pillowcase. Try something different or just let your hair go gray and you'll be a lot happier.

I have been using Grecian Formula for 30 years with great success. However, my last order of 3 bottles was a big disappointment. Immediately after release, the product looked, smelled and felt different on the hair. Since I've been using it, my hair has started to turn gray which means the formula isn't working anymore. I think either Grecian Formula or its dealer should have stated that the formula was changed around 2017. Now I'm short of $50 and a useless stash of Greek formula. Not happy at

Look at the previous messages - there is something wrong with this "new formula". It's clear and colorless, without the yellowish dye present in the original formula, and it does NOTHING except make your head smell weird. I used a whole bottle and it had absolutely no effect on my hair color. I just throw away the other two useless bottles.

Have been using this product for about 15 years. Even my hairdresser asked me today if I use something on my hair because it looked totally 'normal' to him, but at 70 he couldn't believe my hair wasn't quite gray yet.
