Very impressed in my review

I have assembled many items in my new house and this set was the best organized, packed product. Instructions are only in pictures but they were very clear and every section has it on set of parts packaged separately with a little picture inside it’s Ziploc to identify which section of the furniture those parts were for. The product seems very sturdy, I love the firmness of the cushion and it’s not too low that it hurts my knees getting up. My only disappointments were a few pieces of the…

Hint: Borrow your neighbors screw gun!

Don’t even consider assembling yourself without a screw gun with an extension attached and the hex tip. The Allen wrench provided is so tedious and hard for anyone with big hands or long nails. And there’s ALOT of bolts! The directions are clear as long as the stickers identifying each piece stay on. I had only one that fell of during shipping. Am hoping the cushions soften up! I added soft pillows. In the meantime my posture has improved. Had to put some stick on Velcro to secure the largest…

The size is more for children then adults.

I didn’t put this together a friend of mine did and he did it in about two hours. I am very disappointed once he was finished putting it together though. I am only 5’4 120lbs and I look like a giant sitting on this. It looks like it was made for children. If I don’t sit completely straight up my ass will fall off the bottom chair, and the back cushion only goes half way up your back. So the only way I can sit on it is if I have my legs stretched out across it, but even then my non existent hips

My order was missing two of the side pieces for the middle couch, I messaged them through Revain and less than a week later the missing pieces arrived! I am impressed by their response time and customer service. The couch looks beautiful on my patio!

Not much I can do with part of a patio set and no hardware

Received part of my patio set. One box-no hardware, no instructions, no table, missing cushions. Is another box forthcoming?

Went together relatively easy. Not the greatest quality but definitely acceptable for the price. Not the comfiest but perfect for what we needed and our apartment

Overall happy, except the pillows

This was not my favorite thing to put together but I did it by myself and finished in 3 hours with only a few curse words and bloody knuckles. I am very happy with it HOWEVER my back pillows do NOT fit. I dont see any other complaints on this, but I can't have all 3 pillows on the back of the couch at once. They will not fit and 2 is way too small. It's really bugging me so I'm going to have to figure out something else and shop around for other pillows 🙄
