Can't tell if these green box cartridges caused a problem with my HP printer. After replacing the black cartridge three days later, the printer ran out of ink when printing, and later the printer indicated that the cartridge needs to be replaced. Tried new cartridges and always got the same message. I have cleaned contacts etc to no avail. I'm swapping out a printer and I suspect Geenbox caused the problem.

Cartridge delivered as promised. Easy installation. Seems to work well with good color quality. Only time will tell if it will last as long as the OEM.

Works great with my HP printer. The system recognized it as a previously used cartridge but no problems at all. Color rendering is just as good as the original. Highly recommended. Only thing I wish they had a prepaid post office box so you can return your old cartridge for credit towards future purchases.

Buying two packs and one empty will drive you crazy. Important documents that need to be printed. I put in the second cartridge and it is emptier than the old one. The printer indicates that the second cartridge is completely dry. very upset

Some HP 63 replacement cartridges do not work at all. The printer does not recognize them and keeps displaying error messages. This brand is perfect.

I used to buy a pack of 1 color and 2 black cartridges of the same brand and it worked great. I only bought the color cartridge this time as I was a bit worried based on some of the reviews, so I decided to only buy if I need to replace the cartridge so I can return it within the allotted timeframe if there is a problem can . not months later when trying to use a cartridge I bought too early. We ordered these because we use refurbished black. This worked fine for a month and then all of a sudden it started throwing an error telling us there was a problem with the cartridge and it needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled. How often do not reinstall writes the same. If this persists, it means replacing the cartridge. Spending more money to get a legitimate HP cartridge after you just got this one sucks.

Works great with my HP printer. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because I can tell the difference in the color quality of the ink. Red and purple colors print very similarly and sometimes do not appear to be their true colors. It wasn't a big problem for me to stop using it. Otherwise great value for money. I am a mother and a student and I type a lot.
