Only good for a short time

We ordered these because we use refurbished black. This worked fine for a month and then all of a sudden it started throwing an error telling us there was a problem with the cartridge and it needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled. How often do not reinstall writes the same. If this persists, it means replacing the cartridge. Spending more money to get a legitimate HP cartridge after you just got this one sucks.
