I received the device and put it back in the box in 10 minutes. It has poor connection quality, resulting in the drawer not opening and closing easily. The device in the photos is made of wood with a uniform texture of the same color; The resulting unit was made from spotted lumber, which the lumber supplier would consider extremely inferior. All in all, this job was a waste of time and ink for the return label printer.

Although beautiful, the lower drawer is difficult to close once opened. You must find a way to help the tree slide so that it closes without problems. The drawer has a latch that locks it when closed. So if you carry an easel with accessories inside, the contents shouldn't fall out. We like the desk/easel enough to work with less opening/closing difficulty. The perfect tool when you travel, paint or read. Overall not a bad buy, just a small problem that can be easily fixed.

This was another half of my sister's birthday present along with the acrylic paints I bought for her. It was a hit - she said she "loves it" (which I repeat from my previous review of the colors I gave her), that my sister has no mental filter and if she doesn't like something she will tell you .
