No detailed instructions

Extremely disappointing instructions. If you paint first, the boards will warp. The window screen sheet is missing two required window screens. The instructions don't specifically say how to stabilize when putting everything together.

low low quality on dolls and accessories

Poorly made. I know all about using sandpaper to smooth out splinters, which are plentiful, but the wood is so poor that cheap plywood has worn down in places. And what without assembly illustrations? Just an awful experience. One star is too many.

A great start to a dolls & accessories hobby

Recently retired I bought this inexpensive dollhouse to explore as a hobby. Removing some pieces without breaking them was quite a challenge and could be very difficult for a child as many of them didn't just have to pop out and cut out. Many of the lugs and grooves were misaligned, making assembly difficult. The instructions for windows and gingerbread were confusing. For the price, however, this little dollhouse was worth it.

Poor quality wood: Dollhouses

Okay, it's pretty cheap to buy, so I guess you get what you pay for. It's really hard to put together because the tabs don't line up and it takes a lot of grinding and cutting to adjust. As I have made other dollhouses I was able to add both interior and exterior panels to make them look better. Wallpaper and carpet will help. The initial cost is less than $40, but expect to pay at least twice that for it to look halfway decent. Recommend the laser cutting kit when you build a dollhouse for the

Dolls and accessories are a bit confusing

I have to admit I haven't started yet. Before I started I was busy reading the instructions. But what confused me was the instructions in the "assembly instructions". I decided to go online and found a website called Corona Concept Present The Buttercup All Wood House with the same building instructions but with pictures of how to put it together and understand this is what I was missing. I was so happy. Just confused why the instructions came with no pictures. Here is the page…

Corona Rock on Dollhouses Kits

Like all Corona sets, this one is pre-cut but may have some jagged edges. A decent knife helps a lot with assembly. Extremely helpful is the Greenleaf Thumbnails Forum with an additional user manual that accompanies this product. This is a very cute little dollhouse, but quite small - great for a building project, but maybe a little disappointing if you're building it with the intention of making it a child's toy. (Also, thin woods are slightly thinner than more solid sets, like those from Real

So pretty! - Dollhouse

I will buy another one! I am totally addicted to Greenleaf dollhouse sets. You gently pushed the wood out - press on the corners, not the middle. I didn't have any problems that couldn't be solved without creativity. I bought nail file blocks for my daughter to help sharpen. We also used acrylic paint in the Hobby Lobby instead of buying homemade paint like the instructions suggest. I'm sure house paint would look great, but we were very happy with multiple coats of acrylic paint for $1.19 a…

Simple, sturdy house

This set will make a very nice two bedroom house. It is easy to assemble but remember that you will need to purchase separate bags of clapboards to get the clapboard appearance in the photo. I will make clay tiles from air dried terracotta clay. With a little extra planning and a few extra tools, you can turn it into a much prettier home - sand down the details with more than just a small piece of paper, use some wood putty if you're not adding paneling, mount and paint the walls and floors…
