A lot of people like these straps. Their low profile, light weight and classy looks make them my pick in my collection of about 30 belts. My friend has a pair of Grip 6 straps and recommended them to me. I often use concealed carry and have had no problems with the strap slipping or coming loose. It is comfortable to wear and is true to size. I bought the strap size for the size of pants I wear and there are plenty of straps to ensure a secure fit. I received this belt separately and bought it with a granite (matte silver) buckle. That is indeed a very smart idea. What I really like is that absolutely NO buckles protrude. It's completely flat. I like wearing certain shirts that don't tuck in and shirts that tuck in. I have never paid thirty-five dollars for a strap (i.e. buckle and strap). I think that's reasonable for what you get. I ordered a black/grey belt with a thick matte buckle. The product arrived quickly but the gray strap, clearly marked 40 inches, arrived much shorter than advertised. I have contacted the vendor's customer service. After several letters, the right decision was made and the right belt came. I suggest going directly to the Grip6 website to ensure you have ordered the correct belt and/or buckle. Inventory on Revain isn't always intuitive. As far as I can tell, the golf strap is the same as a regular strap. However, the shipping and price of outdoor Revain is good. Those are good belts. I don't give them away lightly. In fact, they require a life-changing function. The belt, while not revolutionary or new, does the job with grace and durability. I don't think she will ever become a fashion icon but the concept works and they pull it off perfectly. I already have another tape for that. I hope they add a leather option or five at some point.
