This is a great item when you need better visibility when walking, jogging, cycling etc. I am walking my dog on a road with many curves and wooded areas. However, people drive pretty fast. I have a neon reflective winter coat but needed something to wear over a basic t-shirt or light fleece jacket. Pockets are an added plus.

Very comfortable and meets your expectations. Looks well stitched and sturdy, although one of the pockets wasn't stitched well enough for small items to fall through. However, there are enough other pockets that this wasn't a serious issue. I have a comment: the zipper differs from most zippers in that the slide portion of the zipper is on the left when the male portion of the zipper is mated, which requires me to use my left hand to close. I bought this vest so people can see me cycling. There are three pockets on the vest: one on the left side of the chest and two on the bottom. The upper left side has no flap but closes fairly well with velcro. This is the smallest of the bags and I wouldn't put anything too heavy in it. The other two pockets are very roomy and fit my wallet, phone and keys quite well. I've never worn it at night because I don't drive at night, so I don't know how well it reflects headlights.
