Has stopped scratching constantly

I got this hoping it would help her skin and stop my chivinies from scratching constantly. I've been using them for their intended purpose for about 10 days and can honestly say that their scratches have decreased significantly. We just put it on their dry food in the morning. I will buy it again and definitely recommend it.

Pros
  • Lasting test results
Cons
  • Some bugs

Me and my cat loved Grizzly Pure Salmon Oil

My cat and I loved Grizzly Pure Salmon Oil. I noticed his fur was shinier and softer and he liked the taste. Unfortunately since I switched to this formula he now hates it in his food and rarely touches it. I let him eat it once a day before giving him more food, but I've noticed his coat isn't as soft and shiny anymore. Very disappointed.

Pollock or not Pollock?

What does it matter to me if it's only 50% salmon and the rest 50% pollock? Will my two dogs take care of this? They're both fish, right? Do they both swim with fins and breathe with gills? Are they both swimming in their own feces in open water? Whether it's half goldfish or half piranha, I might raise half an eyebrow, but it works. Shiny coat, well lubricated joints, bright eyes. etc. And my dogs dig it. Whatever Pollock is and where it's from, it's fine for this dog-mad household.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Everything's great

My pets love the taste and I love the cheaper

I have a dog and a cat and they both love it. but the dog doesn't really count because I've seen him eat rocks before and he seems to like them too. However, the cat tends to be quite picky and enjoys it very much. I've always given her the old recipe (the 100% salmon version) and she didn't seem to mind the new recipe at all - I think she would even prefer the new recipe a bit, but we didn't really talk. about that. I've been using the new stuff for about three months with no problems so I…

Our boy had skin problems for a long time, we thought he was just allergic to grass. He lost hair around his head and back and a little bit on his shins, then all parts of the hair loss turned into black scaly skin that sometimes oozed. We tried everything: antibiotics, creams, ointments, Benadryl. It worked for some, but it never went away completely and kept coming back when we stopped treatment. We started giving him this oil with food and no other treatment and he is already much better…

ABSOLUTELY NOT! in Supplements & Vitamins

Bought for my senior cats. When I pushed the pump onto her wet feed, I noticed that tiny powder particles came out first. When I pumped the second time, more fragments came out with the oil. Looking closer I thought bits of fish had spilled with the oil, but when I pulled out a couple of fingers they turned out to be hard particles like gravel. Just think of clay particles for cat litter. It wasn't soft at all considering it was completely soaked in oil, so I assumed it was some kind of rock…

Better than any oil I've tried!

I am amazed at how much better my 2nd puppy's coat looks after using this product for 2 weeks! I NEVER signed up for subscribe and keep, but I signed up to receive this product twice a month. It is so good. I have been giving my dog fish oil for many years. I just bought cheap fish oil pills, chopped them up and mixed them in their food. I originally bought this to just vacuum with a meal. However, now I realize that this product is much better than what I have used before. I have 3 dogs in my…

Dog loves it, helps his fur

I bought this for our 5 month old husky puppy - he had some sort of skin condition which caused a few bald spots to appear on his muzzle - not quite bald, but enough for you to see. The vet said they looked more like an injury than anything since the underlying skin isn't typical of scabies (something else that can cause hair loss), but he had them for a few weeks (and the injury wasn't supposed to be like that take a long time). . The vet said we would need to do a skin scraping to rule out…

The product has many positive properties. May be too expensive

I did my research on this product before purchasing it. This product seems to work very well. I usually buy pollock oil. But I have seen that this Grizzly product contains Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil and Wild Alaskan Pollock Oil. Keyword"WILD". The salmon used must come from wild rearing. Otherwise, the product will contain other unwanted things that are harmful to your pet. In all the studies I've done, almost everyone says wild salmon oil is the best, pollock oil comes in second. Unfortunately…
