Sturdy Screws for Your DIY Projects!

These Industrial and Scientific-grade screws are just what I needed for my latest DIY project. The pack size is perfect and the construction is solid, ensuring a reliable hold. However, I did find that some screws were hard to extract once they were drilled in. Overall, a great purchase for any DIY enthusiast looking for a reliable fastener solution.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction, pack size perfect for DIY projects
Cons
  • Some screws were difficult to extract

Easy to drive - very strong

With these screws, I drilled two 3/4" sheets and one 1/2" sheet of plywood into the wall studs, they drilled through all the wood like there was nothing in it. Super strong, they hold a lot of weight, I've driven 30 screws without breaking.

Pros
  • #6 and #8 screws use T-15 bit; #9, #10, and #12 use T-25 bit
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

great screws on fasteners

These are great screws for jobs where you need a strong screw. Regular deck screws are hardened to prevent cracking of the drive bushing. This also makes them brittle and prone to fracture under shear stress. These screws have high shear strength. When testing, most errors occur because the wood breaks in front of the screw. Great for important things. good price too.

Pros
  • For use in wood, chipboard, fiber cement board, plastic and sheet metal
Cons
  • small things
