The pump does not come with the required rubber washers. Luckily I replaced another Grundfos pump and used the old washers. The instructions in the drawings are just without text and are almost useless. But the pump works perfectly.

Revain (Variety Home Supply) sent a used item! It arrived in a 'non-Grundfos' box with a crumpled instruction manual and an obviously used circulation pump with a missing temp sensor wire and limescale build up in the inlet and outlet pipes. see photos.

This was a direct replacement for an old Grunfos timer that had a failed check valve. A simple exchange took about 10 minutes. However, they must include 2 spacers. This is Saudi, I have it in training mode, everything is fine so far. I liked the timer better and bought an outlet timer when needed.

Grundfos bought a pump to replace the same one that broke down after a few years. This works great, delivers "instant hot water" to my taps and is quiet. I had a handyman install it and it was worth letting someone else do the process. I am very satisfied with this product.

This product was used in my garage as a rotary pump for my water heater. It cost me $250.00 to install, not cheap. But done professionally. This works very well. Very quiet, no sound at all. This is a replacement for the same brand manual that has been working for about 5 years. The hot water in my taps runs quickly and I am happy with the product.

The pump works great and is much better than the outdated Grundfos timed it replaced. The only drawback are the directions. They are cryptic at best. Just images with confusing symbols that might mean something in Germany but are hard to decipher here in the US. I finally figured it out after watching some YouTube videos I found online.

Overall easy installation. The pump is very quiet, energy efficient, but in AUTO mode it doesn't seem to be suitable for everyday use. We've been waiting for the completion of two weeks of self-programming, but it's already been more than a month. We found that the pump doesn't work as long as you don't use hot water in the morning/noon. After use it seems to start filling lines and coming back with hot water. Consider setting to TEMP instead of AUTO. If I were to buy again I would most likely…
