Lamps work great and the color matches incandescent lamps almost perfectly. I checked the current - 1.2 amps on the old lamp, 0.2 on this one. One star off because only 9 out of 10 bulbs worked straight away. The supplier promised to send replacements. I ordered another set and everything worked. Really the right color for my RV interior lighting.

I am installing these bulbs in my RV 1) Real warm white light. I prefer a little warmer but compared to the original 1156 I don't see any difference exploding at 13.5V - 15V. 24V max is correct 4) Comparison with 3 other proven manufacturers, this type of lamp is better than any tested 5) I have not checked the power consumption but the lamps are cold after 4-5 hours of operation on 15V6) I order another 10 lamps 7) 5 Stars! If you were one of the first users of expensive early generation LED bulbs for your 12V system in your RV and were disappointed with their brightness, you should try them. The brightness of these bulbs is equal to or greater than that of the old bulbs you are about to replace. Like LED bulbs, they don't generate heat, so you don't have to worry about heat damage to your expensive and hard-to-find light fixture covers. You can leave these lights on all night and the battery will hardly run out -

Actually I would give these 5 stars for general use. One of them fell apart completely (lots of plastic pieces with LEDs) leaving the base in my wheeled pool light after a period of unusually hard driving in my Ford E-350 4x4 van. Pros: Nice and bright. The height of the bulb is similar (slightly longer, see image) to the bulbs it's trying to replace, which is important when your lens cap is a tight tolerance. Other similar LED bulbs are much longer and not suitable for my application. Cons: If you are using these to replace the stock brake/flash bulbs, you may need a "load balancer or resistor" to tell your electronic system that there is indeed a bulb in the socket.
