Comfortable and light in the back, especially for the elderly who sit a lot. Happy with the pillow. Gel pads are often recommended by healthcare professionals.

I don't know why they have good reviews for this product but I think the pillow is hard as a stone and it hurts a lot to sit on it. Honestly, I'd rather be sitting on a wooden board. I am returning this item today.

I have pelvic floor pain and always struggle on long flights. I went broke and bought it for my international flights and for the first time I was able to sleep 7-8 hours on a plane without feeling uncomfortable. Absolutely worth your money!

Due to long journeys it took me too long to return this item. Save money or better buy. This pillow is very stiff and too short for planes and cars. My tailbone hurts and the pressure on my prostate is not relieved. Also, it's very difficult.

I bought this for my husband after his hip surgery. During his recovery and rehabilitation, he sat quite a bit. He loved this product. It offered a comfortable and firm grip. The handle made it easy to move the pillow to different locations. The product arrived on time in perfect condition. We used to have a cheap gel pad with a fleece outer layer. It was ok but didn't really provide support and over time the internal gel broke down providing even less cushioning and support.

I love this pillow. It was bought to replace the one I had and enjoyed using for several years. When I stumbled across this pillow, it seemed very similar to my previous pillow. I ordered 2 of these nice rear seats for 2 colleagues who have them and are allowed to use one during the day. I have to say they are very comfortable and the top gel layer distributes the weight quite nicely over the memory foam layer. The back-to-front angle also contributes to a good fit.
