Unreliable: Blinking

I wanted to love this thing but I couldn't bring it to my client without it falling in his face. I tried to tighten everything but couldn't get it to stay. The ring is too heavy for the flexible upper and just falls off. The brightness was amazing but I couldn't use it for my eyelash extension clients.

Broke after the 2nd use.

Annoyed when new things break....The pin holding the legs broke and the lantern became unusable. constantly falling, which is embarrassing in front of customers. Great light if you don't want to touch it once installed, but high winds can make it fly.

Not persistent! in flashes

I like that the light flips. So I don't have to move the light for every customer. However, it falls over easily because the stand is not solid. Now I put all my legs on the ground, but it still falls. The light is too heavy for the tripod. Ring light falls off, doesn't even stay connected to the stand

This thing is missing parts! You can't even piece it together!

I am very disappointed. I have a client today and I have no light. It comes disassembled which isn't a big deal unless it's missing parts and there are specific instructions for reassembly. I've been trying to figure this out for an hour and no luck. The neck for the bright part at the top is not fixed by anything. It just falls like that. I have to return it as soon as possible.

Make-up artist approved!

I'm a makeup artist and this light comes in handy when I'm on the go or in my private studio. I bought an 18 inch ring light and it fits in a great big bag which is easy for me to carry with the big strap. What I love about this flashlight is that it can be fully customized to my needs, whether it's choosing the perfect height with a foldable tripod or adjusting the amount of light with a dimmer. This lamp is also great for video tutorials!
