Based on my experience with this roasting pan it is perfect for any home and kitchen. The heavy-duty construction ensures that it can handle any amount of heat without warping or bending. The non-stick surface makes cleaning it a breeze, and the sleek design means that it looks great on your table, too. however, it does take up a bit more space than some other bakeware options. Ideal for small batches in the freeze dryer HR

The quality is excellent, they are strong and durable. I bought them specifically to use in our freeze dryer but have found many other uses for them as well. I often have a small number of items that need to be frozen but need to be stored separately for various reasons. They are perfect for my freeze dryer. Sour cream was the last batch I used it for. They worked great and the sour cream didn't contaminate half of the corn tray I would have had to put it in the manufacturer's long tray if I…
