Review on Gtmkina Stainless Roasting Rectangle Anti Rust by Kelly Pierce

The quality is excellent, they are strong and durable. I bought them specifically to use in our freeze dryer but have found many other uses for them as well. I often have a small number of items that need to be frozen but need to be stored separately for various reasons. They are perfect for my freeze dryer. Sour cream was the last batch I used it for. They worked great and the sour cream didn't contaminate half of the corn tray I would have had to put it in the manufacturer's long tray if I hadn't had it. I may buy a second set as they work very well for my particular purpose.
