The support of our customers (internal or external) with their projects/customers are very good! I can not say anything bad about that. Also it's easy to use for beginners as well. There isn't any downside i could think off at this moment but maybe if there was more training material available online we would be able to learn faster how things work here? The ability to easily integrate with other systems. We are able to quickly create new modules for our website without having to spend time coding each piece of functionality. Some of the functionality is hard to find in the platform. For example, there isn't an easy way to search within a single module or page for all instances of an element.
