Bright Daylight Reflector Bulbs

GU10 LED Bulbs - 7W - 90+ CRI - Dimmable - Flicker Free - 75W Halogen Equivalent - Daylight 5000K, much brighter (4 stops or 16x brighter) than 20 W Halogen lamps (color temperature 2700 K) I replace them for product photography. In addition, unlike halogen reflectors, the light does not penetrate through the sides of LED lamps. The ONLY problem is that these LED bulbs (55.4mm, 2.22in) are longer than the halogen bulbs (52.2mm, 2.06in) so the rings on the body could no longer be used, but since

Be careful. These bulbs are not the same size as the standard MR16 GU10

I think these bulbs would be good if not for their size. Although the seller's page says "Perfect for GU10 base fittings", the bulbs are not sized to match a standard MR16 GU10 bulb. Bought for cooker hood. As you can see from the photos these lamps are not the same compared to the standard size MR16. The pears are really big. If you use them in a ceiling light or spotlight, they will probably fit because of the light body. But for a range hood that requires the bulb to be flush, it doesn'tโ€ฆ

Save your time and buy this

Just buy these bulbs if that's what you're looking for, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The color temperature is on par (3000K) and the color rendering index of 90+ really makes a big difference. I've spent the last 2 years experimenting with different LED bulbs to find the perfect ones and decided on CREE and these because CREE doesn't make this type of bulb but Luxrite does for my basement as they do good ones too making lightbulbs. CRI was a marketing gimmick until I invested in CREEโ€ฆ
