🍵 32 Oz Matcha Green THERMOS Plastic Canteen Bottle - Guardian Collection Review

I REALLY wanted to like this bottle but I can't. Why? Basically a lid. Come on THERMOS, you can do better! Check out the Embrava 40 oz cap. This lid requires a carrying hook and a narrower drinking spout. The bottle is difficult to hold. A few nicked fingers would have helped. The dining room is sweating like crazy and dripping all over you. DO NOT wear this for a walk or hike. I'll throw it in the car but it won't be a much loved or used water bottle. This thing is the right size for the bottle pockets on my gear and is a good replacement for the old GI bottles. I was concerned that it might be uncomfortable to wear due to the lack of a concave notch in the middle to allow it to curve around your body, but that doesn't seem to be an issue. The plastic it's made of feels solid and the lid feels solid too. I prefer clear plastic over old opaque glass because you can see it's clean. This is a great, almost indestructible bottle. The silicone rubber padding makes it grippy and protects it. But there is no place to fortify the Caribs. Do not use the loop to hold the cap in place as it is not intended for that purpose. The best I could think of was to make a loop of paracord and tie it around your neck under the loop on the lid. The bottle itself is dark green but not fully opaque so you can see the water level (or whatever). The mouth is 2" wide so it fills up quickly…
