Media could not be loaded. This thing works wonders for me. I'm a locksmith and we need lanyards for everything we do. Both hands must be free when working. That makes my work a lot easier. I don't know how to continue, because I noticed that the threads are already diverging. I wish it was a little longer too. I work with wide steel that is sometimes impossible to wind.

I bought to use with my harness to work on my ham towers. Just used it today to do some work on my HDBX-48 tower. This tower gets smaller as you get higher, so having an adjustable strap is handy. I have a 2nd attachment point (positioning) to the tower on the front ring of the suspension which I use when changing line length. This makes me feel very safe when climbing. Might get a 2nd and keep them at different lengths.

I climb towers. I use them to keep myself in place while I work. This leaves both hands free and the durable construction is not only safe but also gives you confidence. I must trust my equipment with my life. Although I have and use my own fall protection gear, these tethers are just as strong and seem to wear well. This is my second pair. Not because they're worn out, but because they're not worn out and I need a replacement set.
