Didn't work for me. The material is too thick to fit behind the vents. It's so narrow that the vent doesn't open or close properly. Of course I had to crop it to fit my vent so I doubt I can return it.

Exactly what I was looking for to cover the outside air vent of the dryer and prevent birds from nesting. If you find sticks in your vents, buy them. The material is very strong, but somehow it's easy to shape and cut.

Get one for every air vent on the outside of your home. They are made from aluminum alloy and NOT plastic like some others so they will last forever. They can easily be cut to the desired size with scissors. And best of all, this thing is NOT expensive.

We found a very small bird that was next fitted into the vent on our outside wall coming from the water heater. This material was perfect and easy to cut with regular scissors. The holes are big enough to let them out but small enough that even these tiny birds can't get through. I recommend this product.

Just what we needed! Birds have started nesting in the vent of our dryer. We tried duct tape near our house - they went through, put an owl next to them - didn't stop them, removed the nest they were making - came back and made more BUT after we cut and reattached it , we had no more questions! I highly recommend!

My old air vents became brittle and started to crack. It's a good option so I didn't have to change the whole cover. I was able to cut with household scissors but you may want to use a craft knife. While it fits into the slots in my vent cover I added some glue to make sure it doesn't fall out so I don't have to go up the stairs.

Birds started nesting in our bathroom hood this spring. After I bought it, cut it and fitted it to our existing slatted hood, the birds were disappointed, but there are no more feathers and straws falling from my bathroom fan. The mesh is strong but easily cut with metal scissors. Just be careful of sharp edges after cutting.
