Convenient and efficient way of conducting surveys

The best thing about this app is that it allows me to send out multiple survey in one go! It's very easy for my team members as well because I can easily identify their replies compared with others' responses from previous questionnaires. Sometimes i miss getting some questions answered but all good still no complains there should be an option like "no comment" so you won't feel awkward when answering if its something personal then just write how u normally would do things (but don't give away…

  • the options provided allow ease at comparing data between surveys sent before now & later which makes your tracking easier than ever!! Also helpful seeing who has responded or not.and even better knowing what question was missed by whom.

Great way to communicate with customers and get customer service questions answered

I like that it is an easy way to get customer service answers instead if having customers call in! It's very time consuming trying for me as well but great when you can help people with their questions without them calling us!! We have used this product since we started our business 4 years ago now so there are many improvements made over those four year timespan which has helped make things easier than ever.
