I like that it is an easy way to get customer service answers instead if having customers call in! It's very time consuming trying for me as well but great when you can help people with their questions without them calling us!! We have used this product since we started our business 4 years ago now so there are many improvements made over those four year timespan which has helped make things easier than ever.

Also love how customizable everything about GMSUENTERMeter could be customized depending upon what services/products were being asked (such as food & beverage).
