The product has been very useful for our team as it allows us to easily create step by steps guides with images/videos which helps keep team members up do date when working remotely or at home during COVID situation! It can be difficult sometimes if you are not familiar using this platform but once your used to how things work everything comes together smoothly and easy peasy lemon squeezy!! It's easy to use and it works great with our website! There are a lot of different features but we haven't found any that we dislike so far. I would say that the customer support could be better. They don't seem to know what they're doing sometimes. But other than that, everything has been good. We've had no issues with integration or anything like that.
