Removes soft plaque near the gum line. The bristles are longer and stiffer than the ones I have. See photos for comparison. We had no choice but to buy this because the one we like best seems to have gone out of business. If the bristles were softer, shorter and more compact, that would be ideal.

My wisdom teeth are falling out, it's impossible to clean them with a regular toothbrush. That's where this brush comes in. It is compact and great for cleaning molars. The dentist is always amazed at how well I clean these special teeth. I have bought it several times and I hope that Revain will not stop selling it because it is very convenient to get it with Prime.

My periodontist recommended this brush to complement my regular toothbrush about 30 years ago and I have used it ever since and each brush lasts about a month with daily use. Its purpose is to remove plaque that lurks at the base of tooth roots and that a regular toothbrush and floss cannot deal with. This combination proved effective in preventing gum disease, which was a big problem for me in the 1980's.

My dental hygienist gave me the first one because my gums were starting to deteriorate in that area. I feel sick when I floss, so I didn't do a good job on my molars. This solved the problem. About twice a week I dip my toothbrush in some baking soda and give it a thorough clean. I can say it's working because I'm seeing less bleeding every week. You can use it to go over the gums of other teeth, but you can also use a regular toothbrush to cover a larger area.

I have a hard to reach wisdom tooth in the upper left part of my mouth. It went all the way, but it's badly disintegrated because I can't even reach it with the smallest head of my regular toothbrush. This brush just changed my life! Last week I was brushing my teeth. My hygienist told me I'm brushing better than before and my gums are nice and tight. At the end of the treatment, she checks the depth of the pockets. They have been greatly improved. Some of the pockets used to be 4 or 5 deep, but almost all pockets are shallower now, like 4 by 3, 5 by 3, and 3 by 2.
