WTF! I don't know why I waited so long to buy some decent quilting thread! I buy this shit at local discount fabric stores, hand quilt thread. I have hand sewn Hawaiian quilts for many years and have spent much time untangling the knotted thread with great frustration. I tried this waxed thread and WOW what a difference! It didn't start to pucker or tangle and now I really enjoy quilting with my hands all the time! Thank you

I mainly use Gutermann & Mettler yarn for a number of reasons: Much less fluff than many other brands (Coats & Clark in particular) This cotton quilting yarn is smooth and does not curl or twist when They are hand sewn like other brands. - Doesn't tear as badly as other brands. - Wax helps the thread slide through layers of fabric and quilting batting more easily than other brands.
