I went through the bleaching process and then followed the directions for a 1 to 1 ratio when coloring, my hair at the time was level 9 with the golden highlights, as i originally have red hair this not only removed all the yellowing but turned it to an icy white and left it in place for 30 minutes! He tinted it and it's the prettiest gray I've ever seen! it looks so natural that I get compliments on it from left and right from people I meet on the street or in the shops I go to

I used this to dye a natural hair wig that was supposed to be platinum blonde but was still too yellow for my purposes.
