My remote didn't work - this was annoying as I use the wired remote for most things but sometimes I need the TV remote. It worked immediately for what I needed it for. No coding required. Excellent price. Others cost $25-35.

Excellent replacement. Lost the original remote a month ago so broke it and bought it. A few buttons are in a slightly different location, but that's not a problem. I've been using a regular remote for the past month, but I've only been able to do the basic job. Now I can access all TV setup functions. Good choice.

This was purchased for a used Samsung TV which did not come with a remote control. Came new in a plastic case. Runs on 2 AA batteries and requires no programming. All buttons on the remote control work without problems. The delivery is more than distant, but still turns out to be cheap. Very happy with it.

Wow, some people have complained that this remote control is not as heavy as the Samsung remote control, so it should be cheap. Well then screw a brick to it because this remote worked right out of the box. All that remains is to insert the batteries and voila! No programming to adapt it to my Samsung TV. But hey, if you want to pay triple that for a new Samsung remote, knock your socks off. I'm happy No, ESTATIC with this remote control.

Exactly what I wanted and it was the second one I ordered. The first was from a different seller and it was completely inaccurate. However, this is all that is described and as shown in the picture. Love the fact that it's a lot longer than my other remote and makes my life easier as I often lose it in my bed sheets, but not this one! =) It works fine with my new Samsung and the main feature I cared about is the My Favorites button. It was a "must do". I would recommend this product.

I replaced the BN59-00854A with no problems! Yes, although the remote is the same size as the original, it is much lighter. I have no problem with that. I always rejected the original because of its heavy weight and unwieldy size. An additional feature I love about this replacement remote is the "SLEEP" button.
