It took a minute to understand the vague instructions in the description but once you get to the P0000 screen make it P6610. You must be in the menu to set everything up afterwards.

Unfortunately I can only get 2 stars until I see a schematic. I mean is it REALLY that hard to provide a schematic of anything? I know if I were to build it I'd love to make sure it was wired properly to preserve my image!

Love the design. There are no instructions on how to connect it, but it's pretty easy to figure out. Haven't determined if it needs a constant power supply for settings. It would be 5 stars if the settings weren't reset to default. The ride is saved, but all other settings are just randomly set to default values.

Worst instruction ever even the question sections gave wrong instructions (said hot topical that is wrong) Can't believe they couldn't print instructions. If you try to follow the setup instructions at a glance, you will never earn. Only after going through all the questions and answers did I find someone who figured it out, first you need to install 6610, then you can program.

I still don't understand how to set it up. Lots of features and settings, but it didn't come with any setup or setup instructions. I couldn't find anything on the web in English on how to connect or set it up. Until I find instructions, it's useless to me. It looks like a quality part and I'm sure it will be a good part once I figure out how to connect and set it up properly.

2004 Kawasaki Ex500/Ninja 500R Really impressed with the speedometer for the price. It appears to be well built and the assembly instructions were a breeze. The wiring on this bike was very simple. I've connected the fuel gauge wire to my temp gauge but haven't checked the full heat cycle, but the speedometer and tach seem correct. My only issues with it are that you can't set the mileage and I had to set it as a 4 cylinder to get the correct odometer reading.

Mine came with a black circle covering most of the (F) for full throttle. The circle sticker around the LCD is too small and covers it and half of the last gas gauge strip. I can barely see the F in full. Other than that, DO NOT listen to BAD REVIEWS about the settings or usage. operator error. They just can't understand simple instructions for installing MPH or connecting simple cables. If you can't figure out the wires, you still shouldn't install this yourself. So far everything is working well on this gauge but time will tell durability. Although it seems to be built quite well. The only reason I put a stop to that is because the kit doesn't come with instructions and the installation doesn't speak for itself. You must hold the button down while turning on the ignition/key to enter the menu system. It will say P0000 to change to P6610 - with short presses to set numeric values and long presses to change the number you are on - as a kind of password…
