**Update: Seller contacted, correct replacement tips were sent to them free of charge. The packaging and model number PT-8 were the same as the fake ones so they were mispackaged for a while. Replacement parts are white backed and properly attached to the H2OFloss handle. Increased the number of stars from 1 to 4 and decreased one due to problems sourcing the correct product. Bought these attachments - one for my son with braces and one for me. My son lasted about three weeks with occasional use. Mine lasted four weeks when used once a day every other day. Both tips are broken at the base. The crack was about 1/2 foot long and barely visible. I only noticed it by splashing water on the mirror in front of me or on my shirt when I was standing differently. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these tips as they are meant to last longer than a month.

I bought this machine about 1 1/2 years ago because my dentist recommended I do a water syringe close. It works very well and has greatly improved my gum health. The only problem lies in the design of the main tip; Perio tip. After our short stay, tiny holes appear in it and water starts splashing everywhere. I had to order these tips 3 times and there are 3 in the pack.

I like my H2Oflosser although the plastic nozzles are very brittle and after a few months cracked at the base where the nozzle enters the handle When I got these I ordered replacement heads, everything was great. Still the same fragile plastic, but they fitted the handle, worked, and allowed me to use the irrigator.
