I like my H2Oflosser although the plastic nozzles are very brittle and after a few months cracked at the base where the nozzle enters the handle When I got these I ordered replacement heads, everything was great. Still the same fragile plastic, but they fitted the handle, worked, and allowed me to use the irrigator. With the second order I get nozzles with a completely transparent bottom, the outer circumference is smaller and the inner circumference larger than last time. Attachments. These new attachments will not work in H2Oflosser. The jet flies out of the handle as soon as I turn the water on, even on the lowest setting. Even trying to hold the tip in place with one hand while holding the handle with the other hand results in uneven water flow and the need to constantly center the nozzle orifice over the water outlet inside the handle collar. I think now I need to buy a brand new water floss system. Thank you for making your product obsolete, H2Ofloss.
