Doesn't feel like you have to brush your teeth after using it. You still feel the need to use a regular toothbrush. A regular irrigation tip will do the job.

Great for cleaning around my bridge. It takes a bit of getting used to the pressure control on the wand and the unit is a little louder than what I've had before, but it's excellent value for money.

This head of the H2ofloss Travel Water dental floss is ideal for brushing your teeth. This is not an electric toothbrush, you are supposed to be brushing the old-fashioned way, but as you brush, water is pushed through the brush, adding a powerful jet of water for really clean teeth. The toothbrush is soft but the toothbrush head is small for an adult toothbrush although it does a fantastic job. I would buy this again.
