As a result of my tests, I determined that this cat scratcher was the best furniture for my pet. The material is sturdy enough to withstand the most aggressive scratching, and it keeps my cat entertained for hours. The stylish design fits perfectly with my home decor. The only downside is that it takes up quite a bit of space, but that's a small sacrifice for such a great product.

These scratching posts appear to be really sturdy and of excellent quality. I love the little thoughtful touches, like the little wooden buttons that cover the places where the nails are driven in. It was the easiest scratcher I've ever installed. To encourage my cats to use it, I put some treats on it after installation. One of my cats figured it out pretty easily. The other was too carried away by the smell of the treat.

Well made pine and sisal scratching post, very easy to install. We've found that our cats prefer either cardboard blocks or sisal to old carpet scratching posts. I opened the box and put the items on the carpet to take a picture. Before I got the camera, one of our cats came by and put her on a sisal board on the floor - a sisal fan I think.
