Now we have to pay to send them back to ENGLAND and POSSIBLY get a refund. And it took weeks to get them and now my child who has frostbite and is doctor prescribed to keep warm still has no slippers. We live in a remote area, there is no mall, our stove is broken, it can be 20 degrees Fahrenheit and it would be nice not to run into it.
