Beautiful colors, but - where is the starting point? Very hard to find!

Update: Great response from seller. After my review they emailed me asking for a photo so they could help me figure out where the starter was. And by photographing this branch with glasses and contacts - yes, I'm insidiously blind without them - I was able to see the beginning of the branch under the ON label. Happy to change my original one star rating to a terrible one.

UPDATE: I'm happy to change my original one star rating to a terrible subject (see first post below) that I received from this seller. The seller contacted me immediately and asked if he could send a replacement pack of yarn. They did it right away and had a new box in my hands within three days (great customer service). 24 different colors not available as advertised. Maybe a maximum of 13. See picture. Not even bright red or bright yellow. Pretty sad. I will contact the seller and see what happens.
