I like that they have great resources for their clients such as training guides/webinars etc! This is helpful because it helps us understand what our client wants from each candidate before we even start with them interviewing (which saves so much of my staff's valuable work hours!). Also very organized system which makes things easy going through process when candidates are applying multiple times within one day. No complaints thus far!! I like that this agency is very professional when it comes down do filling out paperwork for my background check/drug test etc which was important since i work with children! They are also great at communicating throughout all of our interviews so we knew what stage they were up too as far as job offers go!! I have worked with them for several years now as an applicant recruiter/recruiting coordinator at my previous employer (a large hospital system).
