💡 Enhanced Halogen Lighting: Dimmable 110V 130V Equivalence Review

The light is not as bright as with halogen lamps, but much colder. I replaced the halogens as we had to keep a recovering cat in the bathroom. We didn't turn off the lights to make them more relaxed, but the halogen lights were very bright and heated up the room quite a bit when the door was closed for a long time.

The lightbulb also fits in a small space in my microwave. I'm glad I got the 60W equivalent. Exactly what I wanted, lumen-wise. This lamp has replaced a 25W halogen lamp. So a 40W equivalent would be a disappointment. If you turn down the brightness in the microwave by one level, the lamp will flicker a little. Strange, because when I put on a frosted lens, the flicker is barely noticeable. I still don't use a dimmer. So the lamp is good!

These bulbs are not equivalent to a 60w halogen bulb. These bulbs put less light into the room than the 35 watt bulbs I'm trying to replace. I'm giving two stars because I bought a different brand and it didn't give the promised light either. Otherwise I would only give one star. Yes, I am disappointed with the weak and strange light emanating from these lamps. If you look straight at the bulb I'd say it might be 60 watts, but who does. What am I supposed to do with this garbage now?
