Used to replace landscape lighting

Wanted to replace halogen bulbs with LEDs in landscape lighting. Works well but be careful as each lamp is slightly different. So do your homework on the correct offset and measure the metal contact points accurately.

Pros
  • Long Life
Cons
  • Damaged

Not real 2700K for LED bulbs

This is NOT warm white 2700K. They're 3000K, which makes a difference when all the other lights are 2700K. They are sold as 2700K, boxed and also marked as 2700K. However, there is no question in them. Whether that's a real 350 lumens is doubtful as 2 of these are about 60% brighter in my microwave light over the stove than the 35 watt halogens I replaced.

Pros
  • Small size, easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Saves energy but...

They had excellent brightness levels and a nice warm tone but after 3 months one started blinking about 3-4 minutes after turning it on. No problem, we only used 4 of the 5 in the box. About a week after we turned it off (which still worked) another one started flashing. So now I'm looking to buy more. Probably a different brand this time. So I saved electricity with my old energy-saving lamps, but probably not saved in the long run.

Pros
  • Scenes that can be used
Cons
  • Something else
